there's no rule that says a dog can't do magic

concept: Once upon a time, Biscuit's owner made the acquaintance of a magical wish-granting being. He really doesn't know the exact terminology he used or how they met, that was a Different Time for ol' Biccy, but the Master wished his dog could tell him what he really thought. And what Biccy really thought was that he didn't want to live with this guy any longer. What ever happened to that nice lady that used to live here?? Why couldn't he go live with her??

Anyway, sometime later, Biscuit and that same wish guy collaborated again, and this time Biscuit wanted a magic like the wish guy's. And thanks to some imprecise wording and lack of critical thinking skills (he's literally a dog ok), he can now grant wishes for others. He uses this to create new items/spells/etc, but as a dog he's also really good at selective hearing and bad interpretations, so make sure you bring a meaty treat or scritch his tum before asking.

Also he communicates by booping a keyboard with his nose and it makes the noises for him. It's adorable but he's trying to get some work done, Sharon.
